Awwa Suites & Spa - Buenos Aires

Our room was well-equipped, brand-new, with comfortable beds, kitchenettes plus a balcony.

It had marvellous location, just next door to Bosques de Palermo. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Victoria Ocampo.

The room was dirty, there was a stove but no cooking utensils, not even bowls or spoons, staff were rude, a $390 security deposit was taken without me knowing, sauna was not always ready for use, staff stingy with replacing toiletries, reception called room at late hours, cleaners entered room unannounced after room had already been cleaned hmmm, no toilet in reception, had to ask for assistance with bags, tea towel not replaced when I asked and was clearly dirty, staff made a fuss when I asked for mini bar to be emptied, did I really have to explain I'm an alcoholic? I feel very angry overall with my experience.

The deluxe room was luxurious and brand-new for coffe. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were a plus. Central location really close to airport and restaurants and lovely parks, it was in a good area.

This gem is a must-visit! The spacious suite with a balcony offers a cozy yet luxurious stay. The staff is friendly while the amenities, including a pool and gym, are great. Location-wise, it's conveniently near fantastic restaurants and botanical parks.

The location and the room size.

The hotel make a mistake. I booked 2 rooms using extra beds. In the first toom we had 1 extra bed for 7 days and in the second anothe extra bed for 5 days. The problem is the hotel insist to receive for 7 days extra bed in the both room. I don't want to pay more than I must to pay. Probably I will need to come back to the hotel, unfortunately, to dissolve the problem. I was in the hotel with my family for 7 days and I thought that I could trust in the hotel, but now???

Loved our stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, great staff. We were comfortable with our stay and would book again.

I thought the facility was immaculate. It was definitely worth the price and has been the best hotel I have stayed in thus far.

The room was large and spacious. The swimming pool area was lovely, very relaxing.

When we left we were asked if we knew where the cups and plates were; I felt this was a bit strange. I also emailed a complaint to the hotel the day we checked out and heard nothing back.

Great stay for literally LESS SERVICE than a hostel, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was fairly clean with marvellous location in the parks nearby and well-equipped rooms.

We did not like the morning sun! It came into the window corners and we could not close the curtains very well. It interfered with our sleep especially we could not go to sleep early in Argentina! Out partying into the wee hours of the morning!
